By creating a Relational Peace account, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded as part of media content used for promotional purposes. Furthermore, by registering for Relational Peace, you provide your irrevocable consent to Relational Peace, its successors, assigns, and licensees, to incorporate your name, likeness, photographic image, mannerisms, and voice into the production and promotional videos and photography. This consent is granted without expectation of compensation or credit. The produced promotional materials may be utilized for any purpose in any media format now known or developed in the future, throughout the universe, for an indefinite period. All visual and audio recordings, including any derivative works, shall become the exclusive property of Relational Peace, and you waive any rights to publicity, privacy, or other related rights. You further waive any claims or legal actions against Relational Peace, its successors, assigns, and licensees, and release them from any liability.
