Program overview

Ways to practice together.

Relational Peace offers a pathway of practice — from a single workshop, to a six-week Learning Lab, to an ongoing Triad. Each step is designed to help you turn relational skills into lived habits.

Workshops

Live, practical sessions where you learn a relational skill, practice it with others, and leave with something you can use the same day.

  • Free or low-cost live sessions
  • Interactive practice, not just teaching
  • Real skills for everyday relationships
  • A low-pressure entry point

Learning Labs

Six-week guided experiences that combine short teachings, personal reflection, and real-world practice in a small group.

  • Communicate for a Change — external skills
  • Renew — internal awareness and calm
  • Weekly rhythm of learning and practice
  • Cohort-based, with live facilitation

Triads

Small ongoing practice communities where three people meet regularly to reflect, support one another, and keep growing together.

  • Ongoing reflection and mutual support
  • Continued practice over time
  • Accountability without performance
  • Long-term relational formation

The pathway

Start where you are. Grow as you practice.

1

Awareness

Notice your patterns — how you listen, react, and relate under pressure.

2

Practice

Try new skills in real conversations, with guidance and feedback.

3

Integration

Keep practicing with others until healthier relating becomes second nature.
