Triads.

Keep practicing after your Learning Lab.

A Learning Lab introduces you to relational skills. A triad gives you a place to keep using them—with real people and real life.

In a triad

Three people meet regularly and take turns in three roles: Speaker, Listener, and Observer. You bring something from your own life, practice the skills you learned in your Lab, and reflect together on what happened.

Turn learning into practice

Three roles. One shared practice.

Speaker

Reflect on something you’re experiencing and practice putting it into words.

Listener

Practice being present with genuineness, respect, empathy, and warmth—without rushing to fix or advise.

Observer

Notice the interaction and offer helpful reflections about what supported connection.

Then you switch roles so everyone gets to practice.

Keep learning together

Relational skills aren’t learned once.

Triads aren’t another class, and you don’t need a prepared topic. They are a simple, ongoing space to practice, reflect, and grow alongside others who have completed a Learning Lab.

Because relational skills aren’t learned once. They become part of how you relate through continued practice.
